cassmobian
Flaming Lips - The Soft Bulletin Keeping on with the 90’s vibes. Had the pleasure of seeing them a few times, little did I know gig at Hamer Hall in late 2019 would be one of the last I venture to for years.

April Snow
Meat Loaf Bat Out Of Hell Australia 1977 Had a "loop skip" in it so hit it with the Revirginzer Product after I could see some crud stuck in a groove using a magnifying glass and it fixed it up - now plays NM. Can a vinyl be better than a cd when it was specifically recorded, mastered and put onto a cd in full digital? Black Sabbath fan but dosh is low. I have purchased 2 similar LPs, The top one is perhaps leaning towards early Sabbath sound, up to about Black Sabbath IV, and most of the tracks to me sound more Progressive Metal. You can listen to it on Bandcamp :- https://magneticeyerecords.bandcamp.com/album/best-of-black-sabbath This album has a harder edge to it like Cross Purposes and to a lesser degree more like the artists who play the songs style of music. I am currently listening to Hawkwind, Space Ritual JJ Edited January 18, 2021 by Janjuc 6

You have the setup to be able to say yes or no ;-)) I have an apparent bootleg double LP of this concert on grey vinyl......the 'Stop Making Sense Tour' on Broadcast Radio Records from 2015 with 14 songs. It sounds fantastic and it's not even an official release! Talking Heads - Stop Making Sense Tour (2015, Grey, Vinyl) | Discogs Edit: Some quick Discogs research renders this post irrelevant to your question as it is a different concert (Milwaukie 1984) to the official release (New York 1983) but from the same tour. Still sounds great though. Edited January 18, 2021 by stevoz

metal beat
Sebadoh – Act Surprised - 2019 - new album from Sebadoh, part 2. I tried the green vinyl Aussie release last year and it was one of the most insipid pressings I have ever heard - like a giant blanket was put over the speakers. This is the US black vinyl pressing - its a lot better and actually has dynamics - top end is still rollled off too much - with a bit of treble eq - sounds good

Full Range
The album from Discrepancy records has just landed not more than 40 minutes ago ( but will play it when time allows ) So I decided to share with the SN members. The first time I purchased this album was around 1971 and I lent it out several years later but never came back home Then I replaced it with a 1978 re issue album that I still have in the collection This release is the 50th anniversary album - Steve Wilson mix, that has great reviews so I have decided to add it to the collection from 2019 Artist - King Crimson Title - In The Court Of The Crimson King Album ID - https://www.discogs.com/King-Crimson-In-The-Court-Of-The-Crimson-King-An-Observation-By-King-Crimson/release/14338110 Edited January 19, 2021 by Full Range 7
