  1. ooppps i was looking at the f3.5...the length of the barrel makes it look like the more expensive lens.... @rock416 you should really confirm the lens...maybe with a clearer pic of it...it may the jewel in the crown here...
  2. Wish I had $5K for this. A bargain really. The lens alone would have a RRP of $4k+ so you could see the body as going for $1k...this lens will hold value and their optics are unparalleled. Cheap entry into the Hasselblad universe... Probably the 65 or 45 lens...the 80mm lens is $8k+ new
  3. Welcome Shane. Let me be the first to advise you that your home theatre needs a turntable ?
  4. Yeah. I was really pleasantly surprised. Got this to see if I liked streaming (which has only led me to buy even more records) with the intention of getting a Bluesound Node or similar later if I did. Now I’m thinking I’ll just connect this to a dedicated DAC. For less than the cost of a pair of interconnects this is probably the best ‘bang for buck’ investment I’ve made...
  5. I use one of these: https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/BluDento-True-HiFi-aptX-Bluetooth-Music-Audio-Receiver-RCA-for-Car-Home-Stereo/163473345167?ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT&_trksid=p2057872.m2749.l2649 Does a decent job with it's inbuilt DAC...would sound even better with yours...
  6. As the title says, a thread to show off your warm glowing bits. Mines on the blink for now, time for those pics Super Mustud...
  7. Spinning anything a bit strange? Perhaps the sort of thing that inspires a hearty "what's that!?" that borders on scary, sublime, annoying or even bit boring. This kind of music has given me much joy for many years and can really be a treat on a nice system.
  8. Anyone out there seriously listening to any electronic music?
