The back ground of the desk top screen is black! How do I change it? Where in the the bottom left of the screen? My Phone is also black.

I have just logged in too and mine is also black which is so hard to read ..........trying to work out how to get it to back to the white background too 😉

Update: I worked it out: bottom left you will find it - click on the first one 😊 (this is where it is on my Mac Book Pro anyway)

Try going to Account settings Then open “Settings Area” and select “content view behavior” And select “Table” in “Forum Index View”

  • Choice is good. Bottom left corner of browser, as mentioned. Sometimes when we make an update it resets.

I personally don't have a problem with the spinning on the late shift thread by the way. My understanding is that it was started by a group of mostly American members who migrated to Stereonet after t

I don't want to say too much and spoil @Marc 's day. My ONLY issue is seeing 50 + thumb symbols on the content feed page but I now know why it cannot be changed and this has been clearly explained to me and I understand 100%.

For the record( no pun intended ) I have zero issues with the people posting, regardless of where they are in the world

How do you access your feed?

If you select "all activity" then yes you'll see all the "likes"

Have you tried selecting "Unread Content" ? Not a thumb in sight

It's also been explained previously that you could create a custom stream, excluding that one forum, and setting that as your default stream.

Yes.

Roger that.

I was just telling @emesbee why I posted as I did.

Not sure if it's the same thing but earlier this arvo, I was getting a black background. (Which I'd never had before.)

Then I learnt that down in the bottom left of the main SNA screen, there is a choice of background: 'light' or 'dark'. So I clicked on 'light' - and got back to my previous presentation. 👍

Have NFI why it changed on me, though.

I have turned on my computer this morning. Hallelujah. It is a white background. I did nothing to change the background. I am very happy.

You haven't read this thread Andy. 😉 Marc mentioned that when they do updates sometimes settings reset.

I like everything about the new layout, and the fact that the red light circling the "Radar " button has gone is a relief.

All we need know is a "thumb up" removal button for the " spinning on the late shift "thread.

I know it won't and can't happen, but a man can dream yeah?😜

Errr, don't forget there's now part 2...

This was a (very) minor update to the website header (with some users' theme colour flipped/reset). If you have any specific layout issues from here on, please open a Support Thread.
