From what I am establishing, the milestones that contribute to this are 1 Month, 1 Year, and 10 Years, though it is minor points. The awarding of points seems to be weighted more towards frequency of contributions and reactions (with heavier weight on receiving rather than giving), rather than length of membership. Still getting my head around it before I make any tweaks.
