Hmmm c'mon guys. We need some more takers.
Alan is flying down, and going to a lot of effort to make this demo available.

Let's make it worth his while.

Definitely still happening and I just sent out a group PM to stir some more interest. Unless Alan is OK with a very small Saturday showing, I'd be inclined to just move to the Friday night only if there's not more interest in Saturday.

Poke some of your fellow stereonetters in the ribs, get em to come along :)

Friday is best for me, being selfish I know but I'll be in Nagambie on Saturday and don't want to miss the DEQX demo,

Just to add interest I've got mine up and running.  It was pretty easy although I do have a little prior experience.  Running DEQX to Primare A32 to ATCSCM40 Mk2's, crossed over to a JL Fathom F113 sub. Sources are vinyl, digital and HT.  So far, 'ken sensational and all I've done is a couple of quick crossover settings and a room measurement, no speaker corrections yet.   I've had a HDP3 prior and the Premate is a big improvement especially on analogue input.  Just tried out the HT side of the system which includes an active ATC centre and ATC SCM20's powered by two channels of a Primare A30.5 all from an Onkyo 818.  I've got the Onkyo set to mains, centre and rears, no sub.  The sub channel is sent to the mains and then dealt with by the DEQX which then does the crossover between the mains and the sub.  It is far superior to the Onkyo doing the crossover duties.   Got a bit of Cream at Albert Hall going, have to watch the volume as it just seems to be creeping up, don't want ringing ears!

Looking forward to meeting Alan and see how the expert, or should I say DEQXpert does it.

Hey  @evil_c, you can freeload a lift in my CRV if you like.  We plan to leave Box Hill South around 5.30pm.  Let me know.

If it's okay, I'll come over with Red to join you tomorrow (Friday, just!) evening - looking forward to seeing a 'well set up' acoustically treated home stereo room ...  James

Well the ribs have been well and truly poked and as Red has mentioned earlier have agreed to be thrown into the Honda bruised ribs and all to come to @@Marc Manor and experience what the DEQX can do.

So if there's space tonight Marc I'd love to come down and catch up with everyone and learn about the DEQX.

Very generous gesture as usual from a generous man - but unfortunately have work first thing tomorrow so might be making an earlier than normal exit and allow you guys to party on !

Great work guys. Good to see a few more coming.

I'll PM the address this morning to those that have said they're coming and haven't been here before.

Address has been sent by PM to those who said they might be coming. Let me know if I've missed you.

Still room for anyone else that would like to come along for a social, laid back demonstration.
