Very nice setup.  Are you enjoying the Alexia's?  If you are not already aware, Plexus Plastic Cleaner Protectant Polish is great to keeping the Wilson finish clean and for removing marks. (And it is recommended by Wilson).  I give my my Wilsons a spray every few months .

After seeing so many very expensive systems I hope the components and values are individually marked on the house hold insurance. From what I understand you are not covered if just under general insurance.

Interesting thought, I’d be interested to hear what people have done too

I did overnight claims (call centre) for a major insurer during uni. With the policies I dealt with, you just had to prove you owned it. Photos was enough.

The only thing i really saw knocked back was jewellery (often a gift with a receipt thrown out to hide the price, worn rarely with no photos).

You have to read the PDS. I could never understand why so many people just never read what they are insured for. READ IT. Many have capped pricing for items (Eg insured for $200k, Max $5k per item).

I have no cap per item, and I have detailed and long range photos (that I know are time stamped in the metadata) and receipts for everything as well as an excel spreadsheet of important things.

Yes, all individually listed under special items. All photos of equipment, serial numbers supplied to insurer.

I’d bet those bigger Spendors sing splendidly! Will have to hear a pair one day..

Edit: are they the original Spendor stands I see holding bass traps..??

They are very nice I was lucky to get them when I had some spare money, those stands are meant for JBL's I believe, haven't tried them but I doubt they'd deep enough to hold the Spendor's properly.

My favourite resting place with thick carpet. Opportunity to hear somewhere after 1st week of Sep & only on weekdays daytime?

Hi Seb,

I had @Grizzlymake me some stands for my Graham speakers which I reckon would work superbly with your speakers.

Keeping it simple these days. Node 2i streamer, Marantz KI Pearl Lite, PMC Twenty5.22. Rega RP6 and Rega Fono. Record storage / hifi cabinet I made out of marine ply for ~$300ish.
