Been using it to drive my ATC SCM50 with no problems. This amp is much better than the current Enelum Amp 23r in my opinion.

Renovations mean downsizing so I'm selling these q concept 30 speakers and matching stands. I can't see any marks on these and they all look pretty much as new.

I don't think the concept 30s need any introduction - amazing speaker for the money.

Have the original box for the speakers but not for the stands so pickup only.

I think these are priced sharply but open to reasonable offers.

I have had the amps for about 15 years. They were purchased new. Note that they are not the MB-225W as the '-T' model is pure triode. and they use parallel 8x 6550 output tubes.

They are excellent sounding with very transparent soundstage that triode amps are capable of and would equal many much more expensive amps in bass slam and micro-dynamics.

I hate to part with them, but, as I am planning on moving to an apartment in the near future and will not have the space, they would give a new owner great sonic pleasure.

I have not used them regularly for some time, however, I recently reconnected them in my system and they still perform well, albeit, they probably need to be retubed, which I have done a couple of times in the past.

I have the owners manual as well as schematic provided to me by VTL but no power cables..

The amps were modified when new to accomodate a better Slo Blo fuse for the HT B+ supply.

As can be seen from the photos, including those of its innards, they have been well maintained and are in the same condition. I do not have the original boxes they came in, which is one reason why shipping is not a good idea, and they are very heavy and will probably cost quite a bit to ship.

I’ve been at these for well over a year, carefully and lovingly restoring them back from a pretty sad state.

These JBL C60 Sovereigns were rescued from a studio in Byron Bay. Unfortunately, by the time I found them the crossovers had been butchered, the cabinets painted black, and the original grilles thrown away. I couldn’t stand seeing such historically significant 1960s JBLs treated like that, so I took on the repair and restoration myself.

Be under no illusion - these speakers have cost me far more than the asking price. This is not a flip.

The black paint was fully stripped to reveal the original timber veneer underneath. The cabinets were then French polished and have come up beautifully - honestly, the cabinet condition is the standout feature here. They present extremely well and look fantastic in person.

The crossovers have been completely rebuilt with new L-pads, new capacitors, and new inductors, all returned to the original JBL schematic.

Unfortunately, the woofers had previously been worked on by a certain Queensland speaker repairer who absolutely butchered them - spiders glued on spiders, surrounds glued to the front of the cone, destroying the original coil height on an already underhung voice coil design. The incorrect surround was carefully removed by Boyd at Total Recoil, who did his best to preserve the original appearance while correcting the damage.

hey are now fully sorted, working flawlessly, and performing exactly as they should. For a speaker from the 1960s, they sound and look fantastic - genuinely efficient, dynamic, and with that unmistakable JBL wallop. You won’t be disappointed.

Hi all, looking find a new home for my passive soundbar from Episode. This is the 550 Series for 55in and upwards TV’s.

These aren’t available to purchase online but are sold by Snap AV / Control4 and was purchased through a dealer 13-14months ago for about 2k. I was pleasantly surprised by the vocal clarity this produces, it will do okay bass wise but itself by certainly benefits from a subwoofer.

Works perfectly and is almost spotless. Comes with wall mounting bracket and little kick-stand legs for sitting on a cabinet. I don’t have the original box but could probably make one up if shipping is required.

Here is your chance to own a pair of little TADs.

These are absolutely amazing that utilise TAD drivers. The woofer is a bizarre design that doesn't use a surround so there is no maintenance, these will last forever. Extremely impressive, detailed and enjoyable horn tweeter/midrange.

These are rated from 33Hz up to 30kHz and they sound like it. The full range is impressive but the bass is so unexpected. These put modern retail speakers up to and over $10,000 to shame.

Unfortunately there are some small cosmetic issues from previous owners and a little pitting around the woofer but from the listening position these are barely/not noticeable.
