Yep, I've got that one and a couple of other rancilios on my watch list.

23 posts.  Still no coffee machine, nor a sniff (aroma?) of one...

The only thing thing more useless than threads about coffee machines are threads about maggies.

There must be a collective noun for "elusive technology" - the things that are rumoured, but rarely seen and never heard.

I had a nice Greek coffee today. You can stand your spoon up in it!

No pic today, but this was yesterday's "espresso" on an Italian job. A very liberal use of the term espresso to be sure...

Love those Greek coffees. Had a cracking Turkish coffee the other day. They don't faff around with fancy machines, just boil it up and fill it with sugar.

I'm sure coffee always tastes better on a bulk carrier!

Must be all the volatile oils that give that certain sumthin' ......................

Looks like it may be an older rebadged version of the Lelit - apparently they're made in same factory.

It may be the same as the old Lelit models. I have no way of telling if it's worth $350 Russ , I've seen my model go for $780 a year ago but they don't come up often. I'd read that link I put in above.

 

Just need to ascertain whether you can get it fixed if it breaks I guess. Sorry I can't be of more help.
