YANG
From the 1st video clip uploaded into YouTube so far... It seems that the PRISM+ Q75 isn't a edge-lighted panel. But probably a FALD backlight?

Didn't know 75" swivel mount is so much higher than the 65". I was looking at the 65" installation at 159 and thought it is a small cost to pay to save the hassle since i have no one to help me with DIY. YANG
Here's a review from a person who doesn't follow what's going on in local scene... ...chronologically, it should be TOASTY be the first that brought in the mega size budget TV! YANG
Ur aircon seems kinda old... After such long years of service, U hv no worries on possible water leak on coming days ahead? I know that the key focus should fall on the TV, however we can't expect the aircon failure that will leak water droplets onto the TV below. since Ur bracket is diamond-type extension, maybe U might wanna consider to pull out the TV a bit to “flush” with the cabinets on the side to prevent water leak shock? Hero1624706161
Yes I am aware bro :) I very seldom on the aircon. Maybe 3 to 5 times a year. Past 10 years never leak before on my 42" panny. But yes, I do plan to pull out the 75" TV.... in fact, its nicer to watch when pull out to the max ah
YANG
it seems 2021 will be another year of win for local OEM like PRISM+ ! With Quantom Dot refresh on their current range... ...to draw attentions from TCL buyers whom may still be in indecisive situation due to TCL/Alpha Vision's warranty policy. Q55QE and Q65QE is out and available(surprisingly same priced as the non-Quantom). Now left the 75incher.
Boxerfan88
I’ve moved on to the other side. Besides warranty, do consider how forthcoming are the firmware updates. Edited December 28, 2020 by Boxerfan88
