Arrived today. So thought I'd give it a play.

GAUPA and their album Myriad. This is a new find. They are a Norwegian Metal Prog band. Not heavy metal (quite melodic actually). The band is fronted by a female vocalist. Close your eyes and you think you are listening to Bjork. Which ain't no bad thing.

Liking it. Think I'll play it again.

Record has a minor warp, but overlooking as this plays perfect. Great sq and not a single crackle or pop.

Worth a listen if you haven't discovered this great band.

Been a while - missed you Lou - now it feels like a Perfect Day again  🥰

Got this for my birthday. First play. I'm a huge fan of Calexico.

But not liking this...at all. Probably their worst album. And. It's got a Christmas song on it, to boot 😴

Probably never see the light of day again.

Pretty colour though....

Very Bjork!

You know these Swedish guys?

Well worth a listen, in the TOOl metal vein.

Still firmly in the mellow camp.

Another birthday record.

Not really a fan of this guy either (starting to think my friends don't like me). Much prefer his son's music. The late great Jeff Buckley.

Finding it bearable, third side in. Think I'll keep this for my Sunday hang over stupor recovery music.

It would be a fantastic acquisition.

I was inspired to play this, but by whom I fail to recall, sorry.

How did you find this 25th anniversary reissue @hlov? I wasn't super impressed with mine.

Someone else ( @Candyflip?) said the MOV reissue from awhile back is better.

I have both. I haven't opened the 25th yet. I'm surprised the 25th wouldn't be better.
