Chips.      :-)

Fruit seems to get more votes for me than the humble vegetable.

Avocado, chilli, tomatoes, olives. Pretty darn good fruit ( if you are being pedantic)

Then you have the humble fungus.  Love my mushrooms.

I have been very late to the table with this one but I am a recent convert to kale.  I needed to do somthing to improve my drark green vege intake and discovered that kale is relatively mild and so i add it to whatever these days.  Tonight was a humble fruity fungy omelette with Kale, chilli and a dash of soy sauce .

Tomato is a fruit. Apparently.

I like Brussel Sprouts.

The humble Potato.

Cucumber sandwiches.
Pickled chillies.
Crispy roast potatoes.
Fresh corn on the cob. Not the crap you get at a supermarket, but proper, real fresh corn straight off the plant is absolutely amazing. Simply steamed, no need for butter or salt.
Kimchi.
Fresh crunchy celery in a stir fry.

taters (especially when used in starch-reinforced fats like chips ....), asparagus, parsnips, garlic, sweet potatoes, broccoli, mushies, tomatoes (but real ones, not the supermarket rubbish), corn (but not the super sweet varieties), okra.
