t_mike Posted May 17, 2018 Posted May 17, 2018 Some organ loveliness in the form of jazzed up blues. Nice original US Bluenote pressing. 1
t_mike Posted June 4, 2018 Posted June 4, 2018 Sometimes the guitar just has to be acoustic, and finger picked. Gotta love the suggested price on this, those were the days. 6

audiofeline Posted October 1, 2018 Posted October 1, 2018 (edited) Dom Turner and Kim Sinh: Two Days in Hanoi Dom Turner is from the Australian blues band The Backsliders, and he teamed up with renown Vietnamese musician Kim Sinh. The album is heavy on slide steel guitar and hawiaan guitar. I think of it heavy delta blues infused with Vietnamese folk and improvisation. And I have to thank Mrs.Feline for bringing this to my attention! Edited October 1, 2018 by audiofeline 2
Ugly Posted November 16, 2018 Posted November 16, 2018 New release from Larkin Poe just arrived today. I particularly like their Skip James cover of Hard time killing floors blues. 2
