iPhone Microphone?

Believe me, there's enough bass, there's a Rel T9 under the bed.

Fair enough...just all sounded a tad thin...

I do like your Audiophile Caravan...

I was thinking of taking the KEF LS50's with us in the van and NOW I see this! I will give up now...

I'm wondering how he keep's his turntable level to play vinyl...

And it's not an overly bass heavy track.

Gotta love that. Listening to a recording of your system on their system criticising the lack of bass in your system...

Shhh......you'll get them thinking ;)

This guy can answer this, Hey @@saad is there a lack of bass in my system?

lol lack of bass whats that????

But seriously, listening to a recording through an iphone, then thinking theres no bass?

This is quite honestly the best sounding system I've heard, the combination of equipment, placement and room makes its utterly jawbreakingly amazing to here

How do you tell it's a bit thin from a video recording?

Ah thanks man, and it was good to see you again :) @@saad

My ears...

Here's a pic from the earlier days of the caravan system back when I moved in. It's a little Pro-Ject system with two little mono blocks, a pre amp, DAC and iPod doc running some B&W CM1's.

Luxury! :)

That little rig was kick ass, I wish I had kept the gear.

I love the pockets for the rears - just perfect!

That's some serious gear...

Tell me about it. Once I got my first Pre-pro in here, the Rotel RSP-1570, I was only running a 3.1 system, till one morning I woke up, looked at those spaces and it just clicked on me. Once I got the cable run sorted, I stuck in a pair of Athena book shelfs I had lying around and was in heaven. Not well placed for proper 5.1, but beggars can't be choosers.

Once my CM5's were bought for fronts, I put the CM1's in the rear and sold the Athenas.

Have to say, CM5's are an underrated speaker, I wish I had kept them.

Cleaned out the coffee machine from the gear room/bathroom and put one of my Tiffany lamps in there.
