Administrator Marc Posted May 1 Administrator Share Posted May 1 More sad news with HiFi Racks Ltd, the UK company run by a wonderful husband and wife team has closed up shop. Their products have been well represented around the world and the team were a staple at major shows too. I came to know the family very well and enjoyed catching up with them in our travels. They will certainly be missed and it's left a hole for quality timber racks within the market IMO. 2
GeoffRoberts
That’s a shame, they made high quality sharp looking racks. I’m in need of a few more slots and was planning on placing an order to add to my existing rack.

delphi17
Such a shame, their products were actually extremely solid and well built. But yeah, the cost of production and material must have caught on to them
Flash
Wow! This is such a shame. Their products not only looked great, but were a genuine HiFi component in their own right. I’m in the middle of making a rack at the moment, and their design philosophy has been a large influence in what I’ve been doing. Have also just completed a CD rack, and it’s as close to a knock off as I could get. Hmm, perhaps I’m part of the problem…
