  • oh wow ! how amazing is this !    the WI win today.. havent won a game here since 1997, came here with 7 debutantes ...what a game to pull off ...   been following west indies sinc

  • Replay ? Could have watched live   fantastic game ! That last wicket was a real surprise

  • A cracking series really, ebbs and flows.  So exciting.  This one will come down to the final day.  Hopefully the Aussies win and we get a series decider in Syndey, that would be great for cricket.  Y

I think it is a little bit early to call, but Australia have done really well to restrict the runs so far, anything can happen and probably will!

Way to sit on the fence!

Awesome match, certainly the two best teams of the tournament are out there.

what a start.. and australia definitely done well to reign in.. the pin drop silence with the indian wickets ..wow :D

be interesting how pans out... been a bit of slow going ..hopefully cranks up in pace with 10 overs to go ...

Outstanding knock by Head and the partnership with Loose bus change,

Silenced the crowd. Overall, one of their best ever team wins..

Cummins come of age this tournament with his captaincy.

So the fight for the Border-Havascar trophy has started.  I love it when the Indians come out, it gives me someone to hate other than the Englishmen!  lol.

India is so passionate, I’d love to see a game in one of their iconic stadiums, a real bucket list item.  They have so much talent, but we’re the #1 test team  the world.  This 5 match series should be a cracker.

At this moment the Indians are all out for 150…bahahaha - hang on, better not get too carried away, you always have to see the second innings to truly see what the pitch is doing.

If this test and Adelaide are good, I think I might head to the G on the day after Boxing Day this year (too many yobbos on Boxing Day). It’s been a while since I’ve been.

I’m McLovin’ this McSweeney story too.  His average in SA isn’t much to get excited about, a surprising selection to open - but we all love an underdog story don’t we?  Into the game with a cracking catch, I hope his batting goes well.  Tough ask against Bumrah though…welcome to the big time young fella!

Yeah, the wickets certainly fell.  The best bowlers in the world were on show.  The game will be over on the third day at this rate, Australia is at risk of being forced to follow-on!  It is Perth after all, and the outfield is slow, but no batter has looked comfortable yet.

Come on Al, you're allowed a second team!  Although it's nice when your team isn't playing, you just get to sit back, watch and admire the players you like.  Seeing a game in the West Indies would be even better than India, another bucket list item!

i heard of the Indian lineup crumbling.. and thought here we go... can't handle the wicket whcih is not unheard of with the indians coming here and the bounce vs their typically flat wickets back home. But then to hear the aussies falling the same is a real surprise. sounds like a challenge thrown down by aussies and the indians rising to occasion with a fight back which is awesome .. love games like this

shame on the outfield being slow.. atleast that would have rewarded the scorers ... wonder what it is about this wicket and gosh aussies at risk of follow on ! that just sounds crazy... that must be some rare occasion on home soil ! wondering when that last happened !

ha ! been too many years to not see the team playing with any sort of capability or firing in any sort of way :D so very used to this ... :D   so kind of flip flow then.. tend to support the underdog.. though in this case .. no idea who that might be ..looks like its quite even.

i remember the indians coming over some years ago and what a cracker of a series that was.. hope this is the same...

looking forward to catching a bit of it today, sadly will miss the evening which is likely when the fun will happen i bet ! :D

Yeah this rivalry has really taken off, second only the the Ashes now I think.  5 test series, hopefully it stays close.

I love the tests in Perth, we get to watch cricket in the evening!  There's a day/night test in Adelaide next, I'm not convinced about those.  It seems wickets tend to fall after sunset, so a real advantage to the bowling side.  Not sure if they're still using the pink balls, they had trouble staying together IIRC.

yep and both sides have huge followings so hopefully gets the crowds up and enthusiastic for the matches as well.

with that out the way be interesting what he does now...

record partnership as well.

I think they’ll pray for rain!

I’ve switched to the golf, the AUS BMW PGA championship is on.  Elvis Smylie is playing some game…cricket?  What’s that?  Lol

aussies claim  a wicket 1st ball out of lunch ! now thats a start to this session :D should keep indians on their toes...

sides can easily crumble !

Yes, true, but I think it’s 1-0 to the Indians, albeit a bit pessimistic of me.  🙂
