Assignment 101

Hard Quiz answer:

Somewhat confused by the troubling background image and the date code protocols provided,  pushes the buzzer in haste, ... "last quarter  1942" or is that my Dads birthday?

Just a quick update from me on my 7th Japanese made tube amp, The front end EF37A's are driving the 300B's very nicely using a 5U3C (5U4G) rectifier. There is plenty of peak to peak drive available for the 300B's to shine. Love this sound ....

Now that, is very nice.

What inputs / outputs do you have, are they at the back?

DG…

Power amp only. One set of inputs on the top plate to the left. It generally works with a DIY 71a tube preamp with two inputs.

How do the speakers connect to it?

Speaker terminals are located on the top surface rear edge. One pair (rear left) is 99% obscured by the transformer.

Mark does superb work.
