Yes. They are really popular in Sweden and parts of Europe. I knew a guy who used to tear them apart to count all the drivers in them and then do a shoddy job of trying to put the drivers back in. That was his hobby. It was the 80s.

Those particular speakers look alot like chairs so i guess you would be constantly concerned that no one would confuse them for seating and sit on them.

They would sound very good. As they have quite a few years of age on them even though the buyer quotes low hours, they wold be using R36 output transformers which are not current spec but still very good. Internal components would be extremely high quality at this level and being a low gain amp is most suitable for high Efficency speakers. Comments about comparisons to other manufacturers amplifiers are best left to those who haven't heard it.

Being new to tubes I see some monsters which are 20Watt the small ones which are 100watt.The Audio Note Kegon Monos are in Western Australia .Some nice eye candy on Audiogon in that price range..

I came across this "description" for a for sale laptop

The internet machinebox in question is the very same device I used to write my critically acclaimed, New York Limes Best Smelling* novel Killing Adonis. I wrote in cafes and bars in Brisbane, New York, Lisbon, Madrid, Bogota and a bunch of other places to put that sucker together so this internetprocessor has a lot of sentimental value which I assume you'll give me money for (I don't have a very sound grasp of economics, hence my career choice.) If you buy this computer, perhaps you too could write a book that sells literally SOME copies!

*This is a term I made up. It means I have rubbed the book with lime juice from NYC.

I'll even throw in a signed copy of the book so you can judge the results for yourself. If you like it, tell a friend. If it's not really your cup of tea then SHUT UP! No one really wants to hear about your cup of tea. It's not a particularly fascinating beverage.

The computerthing in question is a mac, which I understand is quite a fashionable piece of tech that can be used for sending tweets to BeyoncÃ©, doing your taxes or just storing your millions of photos of antique Scandinavian wigs. Apparently you can also use computers to find pornography now but I've never tried so you'll have to verify that one for yourself. These computers function better when you wear black thick-framed glasses, listen to whatever Pitchfork tells you to and drink cold-press coffee. I've used this mac to research subjects including serial killers, sedatives, Colombian death rituals and corporate corruption but don't worry I've done a 7 pass erase on the recently installed 1 TB hard drive so it's totally clean (or at least it will be until you get your grubby hands on it).

Once I was travelling from Brisbane to Melbourne for a writers' festival on the G20 weekend and I accidentally left it at the airport security gate but then I remembered and went back. This was very fortunate because at the time I was in the midst of researching psychopaths for a short story and you might recall our local security forces were more than a little twitchy that weekend.

This computer comes with stickers. This is non-negotiable. The stickers make it look unlike the quintillion other macs out there and if you've ever had anyone take your computer home by mistake you'll understand why this is important. Once a kid asked me 'Your computer has stickers. Is it a skateboarding computer?' I'm not sure if he was asking if my computer was capable of being used as a skateboard or if it could be used while skateboarding, so I just said yes.

Here's the mac on vacation in southern Spain. It had a lovely time, flirted with some

local computadoritas, took in the sights, ate some tapas. Make sure you remember

to take it on holiday, otherwise it'll get stressed out and start sending angry

tweets to ASIO.

Included accessories:

1 x power adapter. Magically supplies electricity to the macbook, granting it the power to do computer things!

1 x air guitar, slightly used.

Minor issue:

The sound seems to play out of the left channel only when listening via the headphone jack. It might be an audio settings thing, or it might be an ancient demonic curse. Either way it's pretty minor, unlike the blood that keeps running out of my kitchen tap. I really should get that seen to.

NOTE: Ebay's automagically generated 'Detailed Item Info' is inaccurate and I can't seem to change it for some reason (NSA interference I assume). However, the 'Item Specifics' section is correct, this is an MD313X/A that I upgraded to a 1 TB hard drive last year.
