Solidly built and is a fantastic control centre, with 5 inputs (3 RCA, 2 XLR) and 4 outputs (2 RCA, 2 XLR) with bypass option on all 5 inputs. It allowed me to use it as a control centre for my music/movie room which has an AV pre-pro, turntable, DAC and ipod dock as inputs, and run outputs to my amp for front speakers, a headphone amp, a sub, and an amp in a 2nd room (and still one output to spare). Further Information: Purchased new direct from Schiit Audio USA 16/7/2022. 230V model for AUS. I did enquire with Addicted to Audio but they told me not to bother and just order from Schiit Audio as they had customers waiting up to 12 months for Schiit Audio products and that Schiit seems to prioritise orders direct from their website. Pricing was $1049 USD + $113 USD shipping which converted to $1804 AUD. Then when it landed in Aus I had to pay GST and a customs fee totalling $260 so total outlay to import this was $2,064 AUD. Fantastic affordable preamp. Tube mode is a lot of fun. The XLR inputs and outputs in addition to unbalanced ins & outs, plus the three different modes of operation (passive/differential/tube gain) make this such a versatile piece and its a nice looking unit. I purchased this at a point when I was integrating my 2 channel system with TV/AV sources and I needed extra inputs and a remote to control volume for all sources. Not long after, we made an unplanned purchase of a new home and now I have my 2 channel system set up in its own dedicated room and I no longer need the preamp (I run my source with volume control straight to power amp).
