Another fantastic Bathurst weekend - thanks Terry & Lindy for opening up your home and making us all feel so welcome. And thanks to everyone who makes the effort to get there - especially the newbies !!  And thanks @Joz for all the coffees - you might have found a new career - just have to keep on practicing until you get 21g every cup !!

Every year is different, but always great fun and lots of laughs.

Looking forward to next year already !!

Well it's the last night here for most of us.

A few have already left a few just arrived.

the new deqx is in place and Terry & Co have done a great job trying to get the rig back to where it was.

Hopefully a few more pics of the crew tonight as we wind down again for another year.

What an awesome weekend!  So much laughter amongst a great crew.  Thanks Terryman and Lindy for again opening your home to a robust bunch of misfits.

This event is so much more than a group of audio nerds gathering to enjoy some tunes.  There is definite mate-ship throughout, mixed with a healthy does of yobbo tom-foolery.  The time goes too quickly, except for the drive to and fro!  The banter was first rate.

Every time I think of Graham I giggle.  My mate Terryman, super intelligent wordsmith by day, butcherer of the English language by night!

That 5am finish on Sunday morning is taking its toll but gee it was fun.

Thanks goes to Joz for the coffee making, which was very well received each morning.  I've nearly forgiven you for taking MY room.

Well played guys.

Home safe, and sad that its all over for another year. Great weekend as always and enormous thanks to Terry, Lindy and everyone for making it the unmissable event it always is!

As always, new faces to put to names so terrific to meet 125dbmonster (not really a monster), the hun (might be a real hun, not sure) and rob181 (no idea if one ate one or not.....). Thanks for adding your flavour to SNAs premier event. Sorry Marc, but the hifi show did come a veeeery close second[emoji12]

See you next year everyone, if not before

After 4 days of magnificent weather I also arrive home safe & sound...to a maximum temp of 10 degrees & drizzle...sigh...

A HUGE thanks to Terry & Lindy for a sensational 4 days...& to all other attendees for the welcoming & "breaking in" a "newbie"...I get why people keep coming back...it is "park your egos at the gate" & if you don't fit in YOU haven't tried hard enough...oh...& the initiation wasn't TOO severe...

I have committed to bring a 6-8 song set for next year...so will start the selection process now & get the songs to Terry & co for band practice...been a bloody long time since I have hogged a mic...geez I'm looking forward to it...

Roll on 2017...

Thank you Terry and Lindy for an amazing weekend.  The people, the knowledge, the friendships, the music both live and digital, the location, your home and that that you have been doing this for ten years was an experience to behold. Hope you enjoy the photos below

Best  wishes.

Thanks Terry & Lindy and the girls for the great weekend.  Unfortunately I had to leave early on Sunday morning to catch a flight to Melbourne to meet customers from Fiji.

I arrived late, just the stayers and the drinkers were still up on a near freezing Friday night.  Even Bathurst was quiet whilst driving through.  Are we all getting old ?

And yes, Brother Joz was there early in the morning being the Barista of choice, dipping his finger into the hot spent grinds just to check the grind was right in the heated kitchen.

Not sure who the cook was but the bacon & eggs were great with the coffee to fix any damage from the previous night.

Saturday was a normal day until the Gods of Switchmode Power Supplies decided time was up for one unfortunate power supply. Listening to music from single digit Hz to 160 Hz was not considered HiFi so a live music session was the answer.

I have attached a few pix from Saturday.

Again, thanks Terry & Lindy, another good weekend

Cheers

@Headbanger

You need to send me a copy of the 'crew' shot.

I need a hard copy on my wall in my work shed.

10 years.

Who'd a thunk it!?

If any of the "crew" wants a large image, PM me your email address & I will send to you. If you know the max attachment size policy of your provider, that would help.

Thanks Matt and Peter for the awesome pics!  Great memories of an awesome weekend.

I'd also like to publicly thank Terry and Lindy, Maddie, Marnie, Kadi, Leah, George and Harry for all you did to make such a bunch of scraggly misfits feel welcome.

A couple of memories from me:

Kadi's tuna bake;

George's card shuffling;

Lindy actually drinking a wine cooler;

Harry turning up for the first time in the middle of all the commotion;

A couple of broken chairs;

No smoke.

Cheers all,

Dave.

Good to see Brett facing the camera. I think the authorities have software which can "see through" simple disguises like a beard. Some excellent photos by some skilled operators with presumably, nice gear.
