My ECM Barista is in dire need of a service and I'd appreciate recommendations of a quality, reliable and reasonably priced service agent. (not espressonconnect or Di Bartoli).

I have the pro Technika IV and didn’t service it for a few years. Jason did a great job.

Thanks for this. I ended up servicing it myself. Ordered the parts from Di Bartoli and Coffee Parts. That included washes and valves, plus I had to buy a new spanner and wire brush.

Took apart the E61 group head, cleaned everything, soaked some parts in descaling liquid, replaced the valves. There is a good YouTube video that explains the process really well.

Ended up doing a great job. Also serviced the grinder by replacing the burrs and cleaning it within an inch of its life.

A pretty basic Quamar Q50 - does the job.
