Their Head baker Christine Tran was Senior baker at Tivoli Road Bakery when it was owned by Michael and Pippa. Their fruit bread is excellent!

I'll give a shout out to a fav local of mine - Allegra Bakery in Scoresby.  Still one of my top 3 for Bahn Mi's in Vic.
