rayleh
Yes, bias lighting indeed makes watching TV more enjoyable.
qflyer
Well Philips TVs are very good but I do find that those led lights coming from the back are annoying. :)
rayleh
It will make the PQ better and less straining to the eyes when watching movies in the dark. Alternatively, you can just use warm light to throw on the wall where your TV is mounted. It works for me. I used to have the LED strip from Ikea but now I am using the Philips Hue Go to throw warm light onto the wall, can adjust the color, temp and intensity. whitesox
I am using the Philips Living Colours... spot it on the ceiling so won't affect so much the picture quality coming out from PJ https://www.amazon.co.uk/Philips-Colours-Changing-Integrated-Control/dp/B008B4DC7K
rayleh
I am using Philips Hue Go and throw the light on the back wall of the screen or ceiling. Works very well. They even have an app that can change the colors according to the display but you need to have the camera of your smart devices to point at the screen all the time for it to work.
