Guest yamaha_man Posted March 26, 2012 Posted March 26, 2012 Hi, I have a couple of Acoustic Sciences Corp tube traps that measure 290W x 1210L. Just wondering the new price as I'm thinking of moving mine on. They are a grey/white in colour, see link for specs. http://www.tubetrap.com/ Thanks in advance.
Guest yamaha_man Posted March 26, 2012 Posted March 26, 2012 Nobody knows anything about these things?
Juicester Posted March 26, 2012 Posted March 26, 2012 Nope - but interested in them if you come up with a reasonable price..

Willco Posted March 27, 2012 Posted March 27, 2012 Hi, If they are same colour as mine pictured--I'll take them --after Juice above who is first-- Willco

Guest yamaha_man Posted March 27, 2012 Posted March 27, 2012 I'm after a price for sale as I'm entertaining moving them on. And yes, that's the colour!

Paul Spencer Posted March 27, 2012 Posted March 27, 2012 Then you are best to find out who sells them and get a price.

Paul Spencer Posted March 27, 2012 Posted March 27, 2012 Is a Google search really that painful?! http://www.noisemusic.com.au/html/clearance_stock.html

If they are the standard full round tube trap - 11 inch ( 90hz), 4ft high, which equates to 290 x 1210 mm. ASC sell them direct for $512 each. see below link. please pm me if you want to sell. http://www.acousticsciences.net/pricing-factory-direct.htm
Guest yamaha_man Posted March 27, 2012 Posted March 27, 2012 Thanks, would probably prefere not to ship as they aren't exactly indestructable and we know how removalists are at times. I'm assuming the $512.00 is US dollars?

But if Robby wants to sell the things for a fair price, what's wrong with putting it out there and getting some sort of an idea? They're not exactly everyday items, even in this rather specialised little hobby of ours. 'Twas not an unreasonable question, IMO. Cheers, Dave

Hi RTR Does the 290w measurement include the base itself or is it the cylinder only?

samman Posted March 27, 2012 Posted March 27, 2012 The picture of the trap has a dark colored base that extends outside the grey tube...
Guest yamaha_man Posted March 27, 2012 Posted March 27, 2012 Nothing extends outside the tube, there is no outer base. Cheers.

Juicester Posted March 27, 2012 Posted March 27, 2012 Might seem a silly question, but could you just sell them at a % discount off what you paid? Or perhaps you received them as a gift.....
