Enjoying this a lot. Yes it's a bit derivative but its a great tribute to all things 80's electronic:

And it even has a message.

Agreed I thought it was a good album, varied enough to be interesting but still an obvious OMD album. Much better than the recent Depeche Mode album

highly anticipated latest album from John Beltran. I just got this with a swag of stuff from Delsin.

very 90's Detroit sound. If you like this type of thing I can recommend.

John Beltran - Moth

Got the day off and a ton of records to get through so I'll be spraying the forums :)

new LP from Claro Intelecto, I have been waiting for this for ages. It was delayed because the press they use for coloured records was busted!

splatter vinyl only 150 copies made.

Claro Intelecto - Exhilarator

outstanding techno/electro from UK. Deep, dark, leaning industrial at times but uplifting. He collaborates with Andy Stott, I know there are some fans of Andy Stott in here.

Beautiful album covers.

@scumbag yeah, really nice presentation. They took a bit of a beating getting here actually, and have some pretty bad corner damage... but, life goes on. I will live with it

here's a couple more I got onto today. Both 2017 also.

Conforce - Autonomous

possibly my favourite album of 2017

and Actress - AZD.

Yeah, he's spooky alright. Take a look at this:

L-R & Radiomentale - I Could Never Make That Music Again.

Released on the sub rosa lable, this is basically a documentary of sorts where the samplers are sampled. A collage of music and voices as the makers give their impression of how their music is made. Interesting!

The photo of the back cover shows those who have spoken.

Talking about sampling, this is always a source of entertainment: http://www.hippomothamus.co.uk/2007/11/rhyming-in-rainbows.html

It delves into the early hip hop movement and how sampling was used (or abused) by that scene. Worth a listen.

I guess I does, I never even really considered what it means but it means fear pain, or phobia of pain?
