Cooking the xmas turkey and pork - using a meat thermometer, what internal temps should l have when its cooked ?

All sorted and cooked using my past experiece of cooking xmas for over 25 years -  used the thermometer just to check as l dont usually cook with charcoal or use a thermometer (first time )

First time ever i heard Minimum 65C need for toast the meet. 

In the Mean while if you like to know how to play PuBG than have a visit my blog, 

I always toast my meet - I suppose if I was a vegan I wouldn’t but then I’m not. I find toasting two meets at 65 gives enhanced stereo flavour.
