Played with the dark side today. 
I have two pairs of original new factory diaphragms that I installed one pair and wasn’t real happy. 
Placed some Radian diaphragms in today and they sound bloody good. I played some Alan Taylor and the guitar was snappy and not distorted at all. Moved to Tool and some other heavier stuff and the HF is much more forgiving. I’m not missing any music either. 
My room is pretty small for such an efficient horn so great result. 
You can see the diaphragms circled in red lol 

Oh and just for fun I put the Weston KT120 back in action. ??

Are the factory diaphragms 2421s or 2425s?

2425’s. I have two factory Ti pairs brand new and two pairs that were in my spare 2426H

The valve amps are just running out of headroom at the moment also. 
So I have the Benchmark monos awaiting a BJT. And also have a Holton DIY coming soonish. 
The Holton will give me all the headroom and a damping factor of 1300
