Is there anyway I cam get back to you

    IIRC you once had a different username and your post reads exactly the same as before by apportioning blame on SNA admin because you were/are not tech savvy. (whatever that even means )

    What is this lingo with which everybody else has zero problems? Clicking on an orange button requires no secret language or university degree in computing and being 66 years of age, means there are many others here who are older and have no issues.
