My other half has already demanded we attend. I won't protest too much.

If you can get a booking - will be very well patronised and probably around $400 each going off his English price!  :(

The experience will be rememebered long after the price is forgotten. Life is too short. :)

..Life is too short. :)

Certainly too short for science experiments an pantomime masquerading as fine dining.

Many other meals I'd blow $400 p/h on before Heston.

Good luck to him though.  :thumb:

Have you been before?

I have. The food was exemplary as was the service. 16 tables in the restaurant and 4 waiters for our table of 6.

When you see the technique and time that goes into each dish, you realize that he can't be making money at The Fat Duck in Bray. The whole premise is for you to have an enjoyable memorable experience... Not your typical stuffy 3 Michelin star experience.

Can't say what it will be like here.

I thought I had done my once on a lifetime Fat Duck experience which btw was truly outstanding. This sounds enticing though.

Great stuff. Only problem is I have a divorce to pay for first. If there are any shekels left then I will be paying Heston a visit ;)
