Starting from scratch.

New speakers, stands, cables, room treatment etc.

It still will be powered by a Sansui.

Thanks to Mr Grizzly.

The main front speakers have arrived. Grizzly has made these stands from my design. He did an awesome job. Thankyou mate!

The next stage is to build 2 x speaker enclosures to house a 12 inch driver which will be placed behind each speaker. Some measurements will be needed. I'm going to love the challenge.

That's too damn gorgeous to hide away in a cabinet.

The NRA is nice. Time for a change though.

Setting this 907 Limited (MOSFET) in coming weeks.

Had a listen to the LS5/9's last night for the first time with the NRA and I was really impressed. I won't go into detail yet as my system is still being rebuilt but that Audax tweeter is amazing. They definitely need some lower extention help which is normal for a stand mount which I'm in the process of designing and building.

Time for a change. I can't believe I used to carry these and didn't drop them or do my back 😂

Almost done. Just have to upgrade the speaker cables which I will make and built two 12" sub enclosures.

Running a full digital setup for a change. Spinning some discs on my mint Sony ES player running through an external DAC into the 907 Limited. Sounds unreal.

Made an isolation platform to the SACD player. Waiting on a set of new isolation feet.

Gorgeous. Love how the power transformer alone weighs 13kg.

Each bottom foot weighs 500 grams and is made of copper, x that by 4 / 2 kgs added weight just on feet 😛
