Further information: Further information: These speakers would suit the most fastidious of buyers and present in pristine condition. Played in a smoke free, no direct sunlight (blinds closed), no pets (kids); and try as l might, a dust free environment. They have done approx 600 hours, and seem to get better with each listen. They won What Hifi speaker of the year in their price category ($4700). There are great reviews on line, and great feedback on the StereoNet PMC forum. They are easy to position and easy to drive (initially 70wpc, then 200 later). They do sound better with good quality current going through them.  Upgrading to the newest equivalent model (Twenty5 23i) will set you back $7749. So this is a great buy for fantastic speakers for little money. I could easily live with these speakers till the end, but have caught the dreaded upgradeitous disease. I have all the manuals and boxes. But l find the boxes inadequate for their purpose. So pickup only at this stage. Sorry for the poor quality of photos. All done on phone, as l have no computer.

Actually, strictly not true. Do have a lap top, but poor service to my little rural patch, makes it a chore.

I could hot spot from my phone, but can't be bothered.

Hey matey. Nice to hear from you.

 

Quite fancy the reviews on the Accoustic Energy AE 509's. Seen some great reviews. But going to take a trip up to Perth. Visit FP and have a listen to them. They are slim and relatively easy to place. Same as the PMCs. But hoping they have more PRaT and better imaging than the twenty 23s. Probably visit Douglas Hi-fi as well. Was keen to listen to some Monitor Audio Gold 200s as well, but l don't think there is a supplier in Perth anymore.

Do like the ProAc sound, and many more of that ilk. But alas out of my budget. That's why l have to sell these little beauties to fund them.
