Box opening pictures for the Magico S5 mk2 ?

The mk2 has a much better design in transporting and placing. The front panel of the crate can be opened and act as a ramp. The speakers are sitting on wheels so you can easily get them out and move into your house. God bless you if your listening room is on the second floor though, definitely need specialist to help you lifting them to upstairs. I did everything myself, nice and easy.

So this is a reminder to everyone you need to read manual for audio gears. When I tried to change wheels with my wife’s help, I decided to replace the front wheels first, then back, all done, in theory.  But after replacing the front wheels, I asked my wife to put down the speaker so we can do the back two. However, because the back wheel is much taller than front spikes, they didn’t stand on the floor, instead they start falling. And also all the drivers are installed in the front, so they are really heavy. Luckily I have enough strength to support it and put them back, with books to let them stand. I installed the wheels back.

The correct way to do it is to replace wheels one side each time. I had one friend helped and it was relatively easy this time.

No way, that was so lucky, lucky you didn't put your hand through a driver as well.

So is this happening like now ish are we up to date?

I was always holding it so definitely won’t touch driver at all. It’s just so heavy, was exhausting to hold them while waiting my wife get kids books.

They are still not the most up to date story, but nearly there ? definitely no more speakers change.

Your journey has progressing top speed within the last 12 months. I suppose, your recent surrounding might have been the most influential factor?! ?

To me Magico sounds very transparent, better mid range, very good dynamic and the bass goes low and very articulated. There are more jargons online. This depends on the whole system though, I have a few more updates to be posted which will make the system sound better. In a quick summary, I am fairly happy :D

Let me get this right - you started on this hobby about 18 months, and in that time you have been through more gear than many serious audiophiles have in 40 years?

What have you got planned for the next 18 months xD

I was lucky enough to be invited over for a listen, It's a wonderful sounding systems that's for sure.

All the usual good things apply here, transparent, resolving, coherent, detailed etc.

I walked away thinking that the system seemed to have a sense of great symmetry between the electronics and Speakers, and with the room treatment in place it made for a very relaxing listening environment.

Super impressed!

Tony is a man with big ambition. He doesn’t reveal until it’s inevitable a definitive.
From what I gather..., within this narrow timeframe exposure.....;

This is what he’s working on....

How do the Magico sound compared to the Focals?

More dynamic and better mids. Bass go deeper and more controlled in my room as it’s sealed.
