Further information: I bought them new less than a year ago. Present rrp around 55 k$. Unsurprisingly, they are the best speakers I've ever had. They sound exceptionally good with a relatively inexpensive NAD amp. Audition possible but only to serious buyer.

I have the original shipping boxes but they got rain damaged. The buyer can either pick up or organise packing and transport at their own risk. They need to be transported upright. Some scratches on the rubber base.

Too red? Why not just get them vinyl-wrapped, like a car? Then they could be any colour you (they) like.

Why the hell would you sell them and take such a loss due someone else’s opinion about  the color!

Yeah but in twenty years time your speakers will still look exactly the same ?

No, he will sell her off for half the price she's cost him also and this time go for a brunette rather than red head.

Any Pictures? I think random strangers on this forum should be the judge of that.

You could keep this if you style your room to integrate in the speakers

If I know women, you just need some red cushions and some art with a touch of red and they will blend right in with the room!

Not many speakers can pull red off btw, these certainly can.

Beautiful speakers. Too red and too dear for my better half (I've only just managed to persuade her about the lovely woodgrain mine have).

I painted my HiFi walls light pale brown I was hoping my wife would disappear ?

Mine are black so my missus stands out ?

And I think we have totally derailed this poor old For Sale thread. But in our defence I think the consensus is : "Don't Sell Them" ?

And you all wonder why the females don’t get into hifi? Just read a few quotes from above. Take a cue from your boy @Rhinog66 he’s a true ladies man. Good luck with the sale. And at that price, you don’t need it!

How old are the speakers? They look beautiful to me but WAF might be a challenge.

I brought the speakers last year from Josef Riediger.
