I believe it was mechanical. As I mentioned they had a lot of issues in the past. Apparently v4 and v5 were adjustments for the mechanical issues.

Had the Nimbus for 12 months and no issues at all.  Best recliner seating I've had.  I also have a non-recliner King 3 seater in the lounge and it's just so comfortable and well built, best lounge suites I've had.
