Just working through some potential issues at the moment and had to reboot the database server.

Are others experiencing slow response?

It has been terrible here prior to the re boot, but it seems to be getting better now.

Yeah seems to have helped.
Will continue to monitor at peak times in the coming days.

Slow here in W.A.

We're going to do some database conversion this afternoon.
It will mean an hour or so of downtime, but should be worth it.

Can you wait a few hours mate.

Just for you ... sure.

No :)

All OK here in NE NSW

Meh, haven't noticed anything myself, outside of the occasional usual stuff that is likely not due to SNA's servers.

OK few database changes today and I can confirm it is much zippier now!

It does appear a bit more responsive since you posted that :thumb:

For absolute peak time right now, it's flying. I'm very happy with the setup we now run.

I was having trouble connecting to SNA this afternoon, then I found I was unable to connect to any websites. Problem was happening with all browsers. My internet connection was ok, websites I was already connected to were working fine, just couldn't connect to any new sites.

Ran a diagnostic check, which reported no response from the DNS server. All working fine now, so presumably was a problem with my service provider.
