I've just been given a Logitech Harmony 1000i remote to test. Everything's been going (surprisingly) smoothly, but my last bug to iron out is the ad skipping buttons. I have buttons on the Harmony remote correctly mapped to the green, yellow & blue buttons from my Toppy remote (5000PVRtMP btw).

When I use those buttons on the Harmony, nothing happens!! Except for green & yellow which seems to perform their default behaviors of creating a bookmark and playing back from the bookmark during playback.

I've tried relearning those particular buttons into the Harmony again, both normal & RAW format and nothing works.

Has anyone successfully got these ad skipping buttons working with the Harmony 1000i and is there some trick to it, or something i'm missing?

Have you assigned the buttons correctly under the ACTIVITY, as well as the device? Activity and device commands are assigned independent of one another.
