Looking at getting one of these integrated amps, they both have HT Bypass which is crucial and priced similar. Any thoughts or experiences on either or which way to go?

Hi

If possible try to get a 'loaner' of both to try at home and see which you think suits your needs best....

Sounds great but too hard. I'm leaning more towards the Creek. Looks more refined and reliable.

I used a 740A  for a quite few years, running Wharfedale Opus 1 speakers. Great treble and mids, bass OK

Loved it, until I got some Plinius gear.

I have a creek Evo 2 amp and think it is great.I purchased it 2nd hand. The headphone output has a little white noise in it though.

The amp on ebay mentioned above is from a  very good Hi Fi shop local to me that has closed recently.

Good luck

I can throw the Music Fidelity M3i and Arcam A28 into the mix now.

OR just go nuts and get a Music Fidelity M6i

Ended up getting the Creek Evo 2, excited and nervous about it, let the games begin.
