7th picture is Winged Bean.....

2nd and 10th pics are 'snake fruit' from the salak palm. Yummo. Be careful of the seeds as they're really hard and can easily break teeth. Flesh is looks and feels like large garlic cloves, but taste is a sort of sweet/sour/slightly acidic, with a crunch. Can also dip in a sugar/salt mixture for when you are looking for something different.

Bottom pic looks like L->R Ginger, finger root ginger, Galangal

Edit: if the fruit in pic 8 are fairly small, about 15mm to 25mm diameter, they could be calamsi. We used to get them in the Philippines and squeeze them into your rum, then drop the fruit in.

Not turmeric?

Not turmeric?

Could be, but turmeric is very orange colour.

Edit: Actually I think you may be right. The roots look dark, but the dry skin surface is deceiving.

The fruit on the far left under Winged Beans looks like Amberella aka Spondias Dulcis.....

Can be used as curry, chutney or pickles and honey pickles...but it is a fruit.
