    G’day SN community, Long time listener, first time caller. Couldn’t resist the temptation and purchased a vintage NZ-made Axium AX450i integrated multi-zone amplifier (see pictures below). Axium was able to provide me with the user manual for the similar vintage AX250i amplifier; however, it is still unclear how the AX450i differs from the AX250i. Given that the back panels appear to be the same on both (i.e., same number of speaker outputs/zones) my guess is that the AX450i contains a larger (more powerful) amplifier than the AX250i. Please note that the provided specifications are for the AX250i. Given the lack of information about vintage Axium amplifiers online I wanted to inquire if anyone within the SN community might have experience with either the AX450i or AX250i? Or experience with vintage Axium amplifiers in general? Also, does anyone know where I might be able to source a (long out-of-production) Axium PRX remote control? Thanks very much for any insights you might be able to provide regarding this vintage amp and/or NZ manufacturer.

    Hi guys; new guy in the forums here. Can anyone recommend a good audio equipment dealer anywhere in New South Wales? New to the area; moving from NZ but originally from Brisbane. I'm trying to find a decent turntable to go with my system (Magnepan speakers, Quad power amp, Tara Labs cables, etc.), but I want to hear it first. Thanks
