Item: ME Control Pre-amplifier Location:Glen Waverley Price: $950 Item Condition:Very good Reason for selling: NLR Payment Method: Pickup - Cash, Paypal, COD Only Extra Info: This is an excellent example of an ME preamp and is one of the earlier models fitted with an MC phono board which is very highly regarded individually let alone for an inbuilt one. I had this totally restored just under 2 Years ago by Ron at Winovate with superior Alps volume and Balance pots fitted plus a complete replacement of all capacitors to higher value one's recommended by Peter Stein. Power Supply also had diodes and electrolytic caps replaced plus new power switch. You won't need to touch this for the next 10 Years or so! As a bonus recently had the top chassis plate powder coated to reflect the pristine condition of this unit, seriously I have spent nearly the asking price alone on the restoration. I've agonized about selling this as I planned to keep for some time to come but alas change in direction and all that! Happy to post at cost Pictures:

Item: Supratek Cortese Location: Brisbane Price: $3000 plus postage Item Condition: good Reason for selling: PS Audio BHK Payment Method: Pickup - Cash, Paypal, COD Only Extra Info: This is a fully rebuilt Cortese into an older, stainless steel chassis (thus some stains on the metal). The work was carried out by Mick in February 2018. This is by far the most musical preamp that I had the pleasure listening to. Slightly different to the BHK, can't say whether it's better or worse, just a little different. Comes with remote and XLR in and out. Have original packing, posting should not be a problem. Be careful to place it away from larger transformers (e.g. power plant or powerful amps). Pictures: Custom CorteseFEB18.pdf
