Its how I manage a squished disc, it gets the juices flowing around the discs, allows the spine to shed waste products, suck in fresh nutrition and heal.

It prevented me from going under the knife, all good now. I know I haven't done my yoga for a while when the sciatica starts to sneak back.

Well I've finally got the new unit together, a task that would've been much easier if I'd been supplied the correct Qubelok fittings that I ordered (I should've checked properly when I picked them up).  I had to go out again to get the right ones, I tried the Bunnings ones but they really are useless, :emot-bang: , but all good once I got what I needed.

Anyway after a day of running around and then putting my whole system back together it's finally done, although I'm just waiting on new shorter HDMI cables to replace all of the too long ones currently in the system.

As this unit is taller than the last one I had a slight panic moment after I got it all together as the one thing I hadn't taken into consideration was whether it would be in the way of the PJ screen  , but as it's not as deep as the other unit the screen luckily comes down about 5mm in front of the unit and stops just above the centre channel, phew............:rolleyes::)

very nice Kazz. all nice and neat and with plenty of room for your gear. love how the projector screen came down just above the centre channel with 5mm to spare…just like it was always intended, you couldn't have planned it any better ! :D well done !

Hi Kaz

That system has "come and use me" look about it, well done.

Put on a record, or a disc and kick back. Enjoy

Thanks Sime, I'm not big on clutter, and I've almost got the rest of the house back in order.  After spending the time on pulling the system apart and putting it back together everything else sort of got left on the back burner.:unsure::P

Yep I definitely got lucky with the screen and I have plenty of room in the unit to add extra gear............:ohmy::P

Next addition will most likely be a 2ch amp for ceiling Atmos speakers,  I can run them without one but would prefer to use an amp.   :D

Thanks 125, I put on a record yesterday and then watched a movie last night.  :D

Finally got the ceiling speakers in on the weekend, took longer than expected due to a few ceiling issues as well as the extreme heat we've been having.

But they're in now and sound great, we watched The Fifth Element with Atmos last night and it blew me away, so immersive in Atmos.  :D

The in ceilings are being driven by beautifully an Arcam Diva P90 that I bought off @@blybo a few weeks ago.

Anyway a few pics of the new additions.

I shudder the thought of even just all that plaster dust thats going to go everywhere ! hehe

Good work Kazz. Glad the Diva is getting some use.

Thanks Al, the Diva is a beaut amp alright, yes definitely time you got your ceiling speakers in............. :P

The plaster dust wasn't too bad, just need a sharp plaster saw and cut very slowly.  :D

Thanks blybo, glad you had it up for sale, the trigger on it makes it nice and easy too, it's nice not to have to turn either amp on manually.  :P

Nice work @@Kazz, upgrades involving more speakers and amps  :D generally work.

Of course it arrived just as I was out getting lunch.

I bet 5pm can't come quickly enough... Have fun tonight, better get that lad of yours into service, it's a pretty heavy/awkward device when held overhead. I stood on a couch to put ours up and was certainly aware of the $$$ I was holding precariously trying to get the mount hardware to catch.
