I thought after years listening, this might be good time to do my first show case. My english is not really good, so i keep it simply.

My system contain following items:

I have a lot difficulty to setup this sytem due to my small and narrow listening area, The little Uno fit into this area perfectly to me,  They look stunning, amazing and i love to touch them everyday before i go to work. Just like my kids.  

 

This year I had gone crazy changed my whole step twice in almost just 1 year time. From Sonus faber / Dartzeel / PDX combo, then Avantagrde G1 Duo, Audio Note Meishu, AMR combo, to now.I am looking for more =)

 

The hardest part in 2014 is actually the cabling behind the system back, I have no more than 20cm gap between the wall and my stand. Most of those big cable wont fit it and I been searching all different kind of cable with the perfectly matching sound. There is a lot cable i tried, The top pick for me at the moment will be Kondo, Crystial and Siltech mix. This give me the sounds signature what i am looking for with a lot flexibility. 

 

For music and Sounds taste, I like fast, I am not a superb warm sounds person, i am not a fans in Superior warm mid range, I hear Female Vocal and Male Vocal. But i do not like slow and over flood  warm feeling in mid. I love details, fast, clean and overall balance type sounds. 

 

I like to change my gears often, for no reason or neither dislike them. Life is short, if budget allow, i want to try different setup and different brand. Thankful i have Victor as my best audio friend who also change item faster than his underwear. So we always can swap and listen to each other system.

 

There is a few more brand i really hope can try in one day, namely YG acoustic, Siltech highest level cable, Avantagrde Mezzo , Kondo and 47 labs amp/source. Who dont ? =), time to get back to life and work hard. Maybe one day....

Congratulations on your outstanding system Frankie! Wow, your system has really developed into a serious high end rig. I am a fan of the beautiful Transrotor Rondino Nero table & at one stage had serious plans to buy one myself. Your move to horns was a surprise, but good move going for the Avantgardes. They are easily upgradeable in future & will hold their resale value well if you later decide to change models. And of course i'm a fan of Taoc racks Overall great job Frankie! If I get to Sydney one day, I would love to drop by to say g'day.

Absolutely gorgeous. Superb sound I heard from my last visit prior to the arrival of the Soulution SACD and Transrotor turntable. 

 

With those two killer sources the sound has to be off the charts in sublimeness

This is a beautiful system. I usually zero in on the TT and, while it is gorgeous, I have to say that the Avantgarde Pre is the most beautiful I've seen...simply perfect.

I finally had a chance to hear Frankie's system yesterday after his turntable was calibrated. 

Once bitten by the horn sound its hard to go back!

Thoroughly involving sound and a smorgasbord feast for the eyes too!

New Toy arrived months but no time to setup, finally have some spare time last 2 weeks to listen music. Very happy with the result, can't complaint at all.
