Sennheiser HDB 630 Bluetooth Sound Issue

My few day old headset has developed an issue where Bluetooth audio cuts out when connected to my Sony Oled, the Bluetooth connection remains connected though no sound is received.

I wasn't able to replicate this issue on my pc or phone though this afternoon the same issue occurred on a different tv, Samsung Oled, both televisions are under 2 years old.

Sennheiser has been very responsive and provide some remote assistance and have now asked me to send the headphones back for warranty assessment.

I'm curious if anyone else has experienced this issue?

Sennheiser confirmed the headphones are not working correctly and are sending out a replacement.
