Buddy NBN - Anyone?

Featured Replies

Anyone using Buddy for your NBN? Prices seem good to me.

They only have on line chat for supprt though.

Thoughts?

Buddy is the "no frills"version of AB and is actually owned by them.

I enquired about their service and it basically comes down to only on line support and less contact hours.

I asked Aussie if the service was different in regards to modem settings  I was told that no changes would be needed, so it is safe to assume that network performance should be identical.

I have been with Aussie for a long time and don't really want to change but if $10 per month is desired by some then it is certainly a good option.

In any case you can go to ABs retentions team and see if you can get a deal.

When I asked about Buddy and the network, during that conversation,I was offered $10 off my plan for 12 months so I am a happy long term customer.
