Hey guys, My chord hugo doesn't power on anymore even with the charger plugged in, sometimes it initiates then just switches off. Any ideas of what this might be and if someone can recommend a store or person to fix it in Melbourne Vic?

Hi Mate, 

bad news for you. A bad battery which needs to be replaced, you can't run off the charger with a bad battery as even wired in the power is drawn from the battery. 

 

I had to replace my battery, cost was just under 500 which included shipping to and from. 

The same thing happened to mine. It will not work when the batteries are flat and you will need to have new ones installed. Installation requires soldering them in.
