Shanling EH2 is it suitable for Sennheiser HD800s

Featured Replies

Someone has recommended I pair a Fiio K13 or Shanling EH2 with the Sennheiser which I am planinng to purchase.

Can anyone advise which is suitable. My purpose is to listen to music on YOUTUE through my PC or TV.  My current Wireless IEM is the Sennheiser Accentum TW,

my Wireless Headphone ( is a Sennheiser Momentum 4 ( it has a wire ) and a Sennheiser HD650 and also a 64Audio U12t.

My present connection is my wired headphone direct to my PC DeskTop or my Tv monitor by a 3.5mm jack.

I was told connecting HD800s will hardly get what it is meant to offer. I do not need to Maximise the FULL POTENTIAL of SENNHEISER HD800s .

Only an acceptable decent audio reception where the Sounstaging and Imaging of the Headphone is good enough for me as my budget is limited.

I find the Shanlng EH2 physical dimension is suitable as my Dell AIO Desktop sits on a desk 120 by 14 inches and with the Keyboard, Mouse there is sufficient space below the Dell Monitor to place it horizontally.

I only need an Amp/Dac which is simple to connect as I have no space . My PC is a Dell Pro 24 All-in-One QC24251 35 watts.

If not I will hand the Shanling by side of Desk in Vertical position.

Would apprecite advice please.

Thank you all who are watching.
