The gist of it is that all wholegrain foods are basically white grains with colouring and a few seeds thrown in.  Any truth in this?  The report is American of course.  I thought we had better food labelling/purity laws in this country, but who knows?  Last week I decided to switch to plain yoghurt to avoid sugar and guess what?  It has some sugar in it as well!

Modern wheat is evil in any form. I don't eat it any more.

Funny you should say that Jake. I have finally given up the vita brits. Damn things repeat on me on the way to work. Family reckons I'm wheat intolerant. Switched to oat brits and porridge of course.

Yeah, they did the same to me something shocking. I have pretty much given up breakfast too, but I did enjoy some leftover curry and rice this morning, much healthier for you than cereal. :)

Rice is a cereal too, but I know what you mean ;)

Mmmm. Leftover curry. Always better the next morning.

Or at 2am along with the 2nd bottle of red!
