Everything works. They were made by Werner Jagusch in Germany. They feature autoformers instead of Lpads and paper in oil caps in certain places. You can accurately adjust the levels of the midbass, high frequency horn, and ultra high frequency drivers on your JBL 4343's by easily moving wires a couple of wires at the screw terminals. I will include the instructions for this.
