Hi brothers, I'm looking at treating the outdoor balcony ceiling with felt or dampening paint to reduce traffic sound being reflected from the ceiling.

 

are you able to help me or advise who can help me?

 

Its a condo, i installed ziptrak and ceiling is dark grey as long as felt and paint same colour. its ok
