One topic of feedback we have received is concerning communication when a report is made.

Previously, there was no way to respond to the reporter, other than manually finding them and sending a PM. This can be time consuming and inconvenient when we have many reports to work through and often didn't happen.

 

Now, when you make a report, you will receive a further notification that is has been received, and will receive a comment when it has been actioned, or if we believe no further action is necessary.

That's a good idea. Nice piece of housekeeping.
