DVE has a lip sync track (a circle sweep, beep at 12 o'clock) or you can use the A/V sync pattern from http://www.w6rz.net (alternating colour/black bars with a tone on colour(?)). I think Getgray also has an A/V sync track on it. You could probably find this stuff on YouTube.

Indeed.

 

 

Anyway, problem solved.

 

Turned up the sound on the TV as well as the processor - bingo, an echo.

 

Adjusted the lipsync delay until the echo disappeared.

Isn't this just syncing processor with the TV? Not necessarily syncing processor with the source?
